Returns & Exchanges

To keep our prices affordable, we have a no return policy, unless the merchandise arrives damaged. We request that you document with photos of the shipping box and damages to the merchandise for claims with our carriers. 

David O'Keefe studios will replace an item if, we by mistake, send the wrong item. Otherwise, the buyer is responsible for return shipping on exchanges.
